How did you make the trees? I would very much like to make some for my daughter. She would absolutely love these!
In the middle of the trees is a strawberry, which the center is filled with the icing so it sticks to the cupcake, and icing is then piped onto the strawberry (make sure the strawberry is dry or the icing may slide), decorate and shove in the fridge to keep the tree 'branches' rigid.
They're a hit with kids, the last lot I made were all gone when I turned around!!
